This weekend I outed en femme public for the first time :) On Saturday (yesterday), I had an appointment with Merle Norman studio in Seattle to help me doing a basic makeup at 2PM. I left my apartment at 1, feeling nervous as hell to walk to my car without any makeup on my face. I managed to avoid or I'm lucky that I don't see anyone on the way to parking lot. I then drove off and started feeling excited on my first en femme trip :) feeling good driving in girl mode. On the way I think some people on the street saw through me though, but who cares :p
I then arrived at Merle Norman and park in front of the shop directly (It's in the plaza.) The store owner had helped other CDs in the area before so I felt pretty safe for this to be my first interaction in girl mode :) (I'm not ready to speak with anyone public yet..) She's so friendly and gave me a lot of good tips. I sat there happily chatting with her while she's doing makeup for me for around 2 hours. That was such a memorable time and I'll remember that experience for a long long time.
I said goodbye to her and left at 4. Then my plan was to go window shopping next. I arrived at downtown center, but then I chickened out after I already parked... So I went back to my apartment to be ready again haha. I drove out to downtown center again at 7 and this time with the help of darkness outside I had stepped out of my car finally! (Felt like a vampire :p) It was also raining so there were not many people. I had a walk around doing window shopping. There are several people saw me, not sure if I pass or not (from distance maybe :)) I had a close contact with one woman and her reaction was suddenly looked the other way, so judging from that looks like I don't pass at close range yet :(
Anyway, I enjoyed a lot walking around on heels but I started feeling nervous after 10 mins so I went back to my car and back to my apartment, which concludes my fem trip for Saturday.
Sunday:
I decided to go for the more casual look this time and planned to walk along the trail in the park nearby my apartment. It was a bit cloudy (which a lot better than raining) so it felt refreshing to walk outside also :)
Unfortunately my wardrobe doesn't have a casual woman jacket yet. I somehow have a very small guy jacket though, so I used that instead for now. I think I had kind of a cool girl look instead haha. I practiced walking with my hands in pocket a bit in my apartment. Learnt to bend my elbow backward a lot to look like a girl walking :) I chose to wear boots this time not heels as I think it would be weird for a girl to wear heels in the park. (Or am I just thinking myself?)
Once I'm ready, I then ventured out to the park. Felt pretty good and it's quite quiet and calming to walk along the park. There were not a lot of people also as I went out at 7PM and it's already dark (again). There were a group of guys coming at the intersection I was walking pass by but didn't really come close so I think I may pass as a girl this time :) as they probably saw me only from the side/back.
After around half an hour I decided to go back. During the way I walked past one guy walking his dog. He didn't have any reaction on me this time (unlike the girl from Sat) so it seems I passed this time (yay!)
Once I'm back in my room, I cooked and had my dinner. Then I still wanted to enjoy being a girl outside more, so I took recycles and garbage to throw outside. Then I went to the gym to take a couple of photos (there's practically no one in the gym at night.) And walking around a bit in the gym while watching a mirror to see how I look haha. Then went back to my room again and that concludes my en femme Sunday story :)
PS. I'll post the pics from Saturday/Sunday once I have time to get them from my phone :)
