I have been on the LGBT side of things for years. I only recently picked up on paying attention to my 'cross' side.

I'm not seeing many (any?) people here that back in my club days I would call 'drag queen'.

Any of you in here?

You would have to give some clues to your identity and ask again after you have been around awhile.
You have to get known a little first.
There are a lot of us in hiding here.

Drag queens may be called crossdressers because they are men who dress in women's things. But many definitions add "for sexual or emotional reasons". DQ's are entertainers and crossdressing is the costume. Tootsie and Mrs. Doubtfire dressed as a disguise, not for the same reasons that CDers typically do.
I would guess that this site does not offer the kind of support that DQ's want/need.
I don't care for the DQ acts, but I love the over-the-top look.

I'm basically hiding in plain sight here. Uncle Sam would be proud of me. He is the gaudiest dresser really. ;):)
