Flying home

I am on way to Ky to see my daughters and run a half marathon. I am sitting on a commuter bus with my white skinny jeans and black boots on. It will be my first experience flying pretty!

I am staying with my GG friend who has been out to California to see me and hang out with Suzanne. I will be able to dress most of my time there. I am so looking forward to being my girly self for awhile!

This afternoon I am coming out to my 2 daughters. They are 16 and 21. I think it will be good. They are open and accepting young ladies. I am getting nervous. I so hope it goes well. This is going to be a big day! Wish me luck.

Good luck Suzanne. I think that you will do just fine. My only unwanted recommendation is to go slow, give the basic info and then add some details as you answer their questions. Their reactions today when you tell them may change over time as they learn to better understand what you actually told them. You get your hug when you return.

I hope all goes well for you. I understand that the hardest part about telling is that first sentence. After that, remember to slow down, breathe, and let them ask questions.
