Hey there so I am pretty new to this site and am slowly building up the courage to go out for the first time in public. I want my first time out to be in a TG friendly club where other "girls" will be there to make me comfortable. Im a little confused about what I should wear for my outfit. Ive narrowed it down to wig color, make up, undergarments, and I want to wear my 4" slingback open toe heels. The last part I am working on is pants vs. a tight club dress. I think leather pants would look cute w/ heels but I am worried about tucking with tight pants whereas w/ a dress I feel like tucking and hiding the "bulge" is a little easier. Im open to any ideas or any advice on what to wear and what to expect my first time out. Thanks.

Erica

Hi Erica, Welcome to our little place in this world. Going out for the first time you should dress whatever way is most comfortable for you. I much prefer skirts or dresses, but if your more comfy in slacks....go for it!!
Have fun....the first time is always one to remember.

I would highly recommend finding a local place recommended here! With people all over the world here I'm sure you can get a recommendation. What state are we talking about first, or country?

Suggest you check out the place BEFORE you plan to attend and what GG's your age are wearing, as you don't want to stand out, unless that is your intent. Enjoy.

Hi Erica, Welcome to our forum, When you are here you are home.
I think that you could watch what the girls wear at that club .

Unless you can completely pass, it's pretty much not necessary to tuck trying to fool anyone that you're really a girl. Just do what feels good, and avoid mirrors, that way you'll only see your fem self from your own eyes and avoid nearly all the boy clues. Then let your imagination soar and imagine yourself as pretty as you dream yourself to be!

Erica

Your in the middle of a large number of groups, from Philli, to South Jersey, Baltimore, and if you wanted to venture further, central PA (Harrisburg) and NoVa/DC/MD.

try Raven. They have monthly meetups. I've been dying to go, but it's hard to get away overnight.

You could wear a short dress or tunic top over the pants , would look great if the pants are tight fitting.

Erica,
I would not dress to impress but tone it down a little until you have had practice in showing yourself off.

If it is your first time worry about being comfortable, not at the cutting edge of clubwear. Others have suggested a tunic top over those leather pants and that sounds great! You don't have to worry as much about showing a bulge that way.

I tend to go out in mainstream venues, so a bulge is an absolute no-no. I tend to wear dresses and skirts that aren't elastic-bandage-tight to eliminate that possibility.

I need to keep making posts in order to be able to message. can you send me a message? I like the look of leather pants with heels or a tight dress

When was the last time you saw a woman wearing leather pants? I think for me is was in the '80s. Also, whether a gay bar or straight, is a club dress appropriate for that location and time? Maybe and maybe not. I think you should visit the place in guy mode and see what the patrons are wearing. Use that as your guide.
