I was almost late for an appointment and had to run to the bus stop. As I was running, I felt pain in my nipple area and it felt like it was bouncing. I did not know there was anything there because when I looked in the mirror I don't see anything.
So I went to target and got another bra, an a cup. I actually had some tissue so that it fit snuggly into the cups.
Apparently if I run with the bra on, I don't have the painful bouncy sensation.
