Just a quick question. Has anyone started HRT in there sixties? If you have what where the physical results? Thanx in advance for your replies.

I was talking with a transwoman who started HRT in her sixties, and had been on it for 4 years. They had little physical effect on her, unfortunately. Some of it is genetic - this is like a lotto. Some of it is her age. Some of it is that her first doctor frankly sucked. She's probably an A cup at this point. Now some of that too may be that she's very thin, and has little fat to redistribute in the first place.

None of that means anything towards what results you'll see - I have another friend who's 58 who's doing very well on HRT.

Still, time is not your best friend here.

It is not so much physical changes, a lot of mind bending goes with HRT at that age.

The psychological effects can be more pronounced
