When you ladies purchase your wigs do you always get them with bangs or have you tried them without bangs? Just was curious to know if we have to always wear bangs when wearing wigs. +?

Hi Angela

I guess all of mine have bangs, some are side swept though. I don't remember if I've ever tried any without bangs, I went to a wig shop and kept trying on different looks till I found my style. You can wear anything you want if you're happy with it, it doesn't matter if it has this or that.

All of my wigs have bangs. First I love the look and second the bangs cover up my eyebrows just enough were I don't have to pluck and shape them as much. This is something I have yet to master.

Also, if you get a wig with bangs, it tends to hide the hairline better. If you get a long hair wig and try brushing it back, it makes the hairline look as if you're wearing a wig as opposed to having it look more natural. That's what I've found anyway.

I go with the bangs as well. I'm told with the hair framing the face, it will make it appear smaller and more feminine.

Getting bangs for me is a must. My wig stylist has stated that to properly frame my face, there must be bangs.

Bangs cover my freaking wrinkles on my forehead. But if you are young you can get away without them. But buy a high quality wig with micro mesh weave. They are expensive but the hair line looks natural.

I tried a wig without bangs and it didn't look good at all so having bangs is a must for me
