Was asking my post-op friend for advice. then they said go see a therapist or counselor. now I wanna hide my feminine feelings and, wanna just crawl under a rock and hide from everyone.
Just because someone has transitioned, that doesn't really make them capable of effectively counseling you. It really is a great idea to seek out good counseling that can help you sort out your feelings. It was good of you to ask for help, but it's always better to ask a proper expert. I drive a car, but I'm not the one you want to ask about anything mechanical.

All I wanna do is be happy that's all after that was said to me I went and cried my self to sleep thinking this has been a good friend for years I supported her but she can support me
It depends on what kind of support you want. Your happiness is no one else's responsibility. Cry if you must. Feel bad for yourself if it helps. Do whatever it takes then make up your mind what you're going to do with your life and get to it.
Frankly, seeing a therapist is never a bad thing. You could get your thoughts and feelings straightened out. You could figure out why you're unhappy. Heck, if it came to that, you could even use therapy as your launching point for a transition if you wanted. All in all it's a good thing.
Oh, and trans* girls can be real jerks sometimes. Not all of them, but there are indeed some real "winners" in the bunch.

Melanie,
I would ask your friend why you should see a counselor.
She obviously knows something that I will never know.

Melanie, if you are having conflicting thoughts about your identity and where it all fits in seeing a gender identity therapist is a good thing as it might help bring order to chaos and get you moving in the direction you need. I don't know where I would be today without having seen one. However, just like any profession do some checking before you launch with a therapist. A shingle on the door does not mean they are all equally qualified. My advice is reach out to the local TG community and ask them who they recommend.
Hugs
