Where to buy Wide High Heel Shoes?

I am a 5'10 female that wears a size 10 shoe on the wide side. Can anyone suggest a good place to buy sexy and classy high heel shoes of all types that come in wide widths and that fit well? This is a big challenge as the nicer high heels are quite narrow.

I have wide feet also and am always searching for 8-1/2 or 9 wides. I have found that almost any store that carrys womens shoes be it Target or Macy's, that has a significant African/American female customer base will tend to carry more shoes in larger and wider styles, particularly T-Strap pumps which works for me.

There is also an e-bay store that I have seen that sells nothing but designer shoes, they appear to be the real deal, not cheap knock offs, in wide sizes, called "Gotham City Online".

Pay Less has shoes in wide up to 12 for some models (but maybe this won't be your idea of sexy and classy). If there is a Nordstrom near you, they also have shoes for big feet, sometimes as high as 14.
