So I was really enjoying watching "Crossbones" this evening and the following piece of dialog caught my attention:

"When I wake the first thing I feel is fear and the second thing I feel is shame for feeling it. But we cannot allow ourselves to become servants to what we can't change; we must determine to become midwives to what we can."

John Malkovich as Edward Teach aka Blackbeard

He didn't say 'Arr' once!

But it's an excellent piece of dialog and one that can be applied to all aspects of our lives. One to remember.

The real skill is to turn the fear around and make it work for us. :)

Basically the same advice Batman is given.

Still good advice.

Lol :heehee:. Great advice, not just for CDing, but for doing all the things in life you've been afraid of doing!
