How's this for a bit backwards... One of the girls is away off road racing this weekend, so my makeover, including a full new outfit and a girls night out is saved for a later date... This has been a promise since not long after letting the girls know. It has now grown in that their husbands and one of the guys from work are coming along as chaperones.

The lovely SO did get me a (genuine) string of pearls and a handbag for the Ball... I'm spoilt rotten!!!

Again, I'm struggling to find the negative... Why did I hide away for so long? Although I am still waiting for that kick to bring me back down!!!

I would like to think I had muscles like that but no... Many years ago I would have come close, military service, clearance diving, lots of weight lifting, rope climbing, long distance swimming, route marches in pack and webbing.. Trouble was I ran to much and never carried or held on to too much bulk. After letting it all go to flab, I'm now trying to slim down, with some sucess. Got a party frock to fit into!!!!

Don't think He Man is too worried about competition from me.... Barbie better watch out though!!!
