I finally get to go the the fabulous city of Las Vegas. I'm super excited in that I can finally go out dressed up and even head over to Glamour Boutique for a transformation. However, I noticed that the main guide for CD's in Vegas may be a bit outdated as it was made in 2008. I was wondering if there is anything new or different that may not be on there.
Another thing that I noticed too, is that most of the CD's, guides, and Glamour boutique all feature older gurls. I'm still in my twenties and Asian, so I'm wondering if there are any advice for someone like me. I would like to be able to go poolside in a bikini as one of the things on my list, but I seem to have a problem with tucking as it creates this bulge in my skin. Also, hiding the breastforms well, too. lol #crossdresserproblems

Vegas is a great destination for sure. And you have plenty of time to plan your trip.

This link takes you to a vendor section of the Diva Las Vegas site...

http://www.geekbabe.com/dlv/vendors/

It has received recent updates. In fact, the overall page is MUCH more extensive than it was the last time looked at it, at least 4 years ago. Many of the additions appear to be driven by DLV experiences.

Please note that Glamour Boutique is now called "Just You". It can be a pain in the neck to find as the streets around there are just silly.

Finally, regarding your bikini dreams, very few of us can pull off this look with a perfect "hide" down south. If you cannot do so, I would implore you to come up with a different goal. One-piece swimwear can be found which has some shaping ability (see swimsuits by Miraclesuit for example). One-pieces are often fuller in the bust which would help you cover your forms completely. Smaller forms help in this area as well.

You can also consider skirted suits or skirted tankini styles but you might be a little young for that sort of thing. You may have no choice if you cannot achieve that perfect flat front in a regular bikini or one-piece.

Hi Lilac . . . I really can't provide any advice beyond what Jessica already has. So I just wanted to say . . . enjoy your trip and have as much fun as you can.

Oh snap! My spouse and I will be in LV for our Anniversary on Halloween and the week leading up to it. We have a full slate of shows lined up, but this adds a whole new dimension. I will have to check out the DLV links and stuff. I just came out to my lady and she is supportive. I see dual makeovers in our future!

Have a great time!

I have been to Amy at Just You .(Glamour Boutique) over a dozen times. She is IMHO the best. If I want sexy she can do it , if I want drag she does it and if I want no one to know I am a guy she can do that too. If you are there during girls night out Saturday you can go out with a fun group of Guys, Gals, crossdressers and spouses . It's a fun time. You can walk around dressed and no one cares. Stratosphere is fine with it as well as other places. Vegas rocks for crossdressing.

This is kind of sad: I live in Las Vegas and really struggled to come up with recommendations. Thankfully several ladies stepped up with great ideas. Though I don't attend the "typical" cross dresser venues, I find Las Vegas to be a great place for cross dressing. I go everywhere en femme and have never had a problem. One word of advice: "flats". Las Vegas is deceptively spead out; just getting from the parking garage to casino is a hike.

Hope you have a great time!

I'm visiting Las Vegas as I write this. I had the morning free and spent it touring the strip from Ceasars Palace to Mandalay Bay and back. Of course I was 100% en femme, with a black denim skirt and a navy cowl-neck top. And yes, walking shoes. I did tons of shopping and was ma'am'ed at least a dozen times. I was clocked a couple of times, but who cares? Most people paid no attention whatsoever. Even at 100+ degrees, Vegas is cool.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot about the sister I encountered last night outside the coke museum. He/she was sitting on a bench wearing a low-cut wedding gown that exposed the top half of his/her enormous breasts. (I swear they were real.) He/she also had an enormous beard, and a very masculine looking face. Nobody paid any attention to him/her either.

I envy you. I will be in Vegas the first week of Nov but will be with a group and in drab the entire week. :-(

Maybe forget the poolside antics and just do the strip and casinos.
October should be a good time in Vegas.
May be there then myself.
