Hangin With My Endo

Well, today's the day! It's been almost 5 months since I started HRT and today is my follow up appointment. I'm gonna get all my levels tested and make sure everything is where it needs to be. I'm sitting in the waiting room waiting for the doc to see me. I'm nervous, excited and have lots of questions. Wish me luck!!

Well, the doc checked my vitals like normal, then I asked all my questions I had written down. He upped my dose of Spiro by double which is what he says is the"normal dose" for those transitioning, and then prescribed finastride to help with the male pattern baldness I have. I have to wait until Friday to pick them up though because Friday is payday. I get my blood test results back on Monday. Can't wait!!

I hope the labs come back in your favor. My endo has me do the labs a week before the appointment, so we can discuss the results then.
