We need a url for it. In their composing window, click on the little picture of a globe with an 8 lying on its side.

I dunno. In a literal CDing makeup sense...this seems anti-CD (makeup removal :))
But in a self appreciation sense it's an awesome tune.

Funny, I heard this the other day, not knowing who it was and liked it. Thanks for posting it. :-)

"I enjoy being a girl", by Doris Day works for me while I'm getting dressed.

Ohhhhhh NO!!! The ultimate CDing song hands down is "Dude looks like a lady" by Areosmith!!!
And upon listening to the youtube link, the song in question is about female empowerment.

It's a good song, but I think you've misunderstood its point.

I love "I Can't Quit Her"... Blood, Sweat & Tears featuring Al Kooper.

Try is a very beautiful song. For me, it speaks to realizing self acceptance. Who cares what other people think - the only person you have to please in this life is yourself.

I think the song 'try' can be taken in two ways, and unfortunately, some will take it to mean that they should stop trying to improve themselves. It's a symptom of our society's emphasis on self esteem vs competing for things we want, because some girls don't feel good about themselves. But the downside is, people stop trying. They start to develop feelings of entitlement, as if they don't need to expend any effort to get what they want. Then they get disappointed when they don't get the attention they want, and don't understand, because mommy and daddy told them that they're wonderful just the way they are, fat, ugly, lazy. I don't know what the happy medium is, but that ain't it.

OK, I actually listened to it. It sounds like an anthem for married women, not CDs.

I like the song "In my room" by the Beach Boys!

It seems to fit well for me anyway. :D
