Transitioning and moving from the UK to Spain

So, I'm still a M2F TS PreOp on HRT (on the NHS UK for a year but self meddin' in the past).

In a few days I will be moving to Spain (another EU country) for work in Gibraltar (British Overseas Territory), I might be the only TS in the whole "country" of "30k" as it were, inhabitants, so no chance to get any help to transition there - I have to look at Spain.

Have we got any people in Spain here or even better still Spanish people in Spain here to give me any advice here?

I will try to keep my homes in the following countries, if that helps: (my native) Sweden, England, Thailand, Australia (rented) , Hong Kong (rented).
