Looking for transformation service in Washington DC for beginning CD

I am a closet CD that would like to have my first attempt to go out in public. I am traveling to Washington DC next week and would like to know if there is a for fee service in the DC area that would help me in my efforts.

The closest place I know to DC for CD makeovers is in the Philadelphia area....
