Ladies,

it's getting close to tax refund time. If you wanted to blow a bunch of it on an item, what would it be? I'd love to have something like this:

http://www.bluefly.com/pages/products/detail.jsp?PRODUCT%3C%3Eprd_id=2019549531&FOLDER%3C%3Efolder_id=1213&N=945&Ns=Price%7c1%7c%7cProduct%2bCode%7c1&Nu=Product+ID#

Hmm, wonder if I can fit into a 12?

Sorry, but money can not buy what i want. Acceptance.
Other than that, another makeover.

So true,

Someone told me once that money only buys goods and services, that's it. But. . .I don't think a long, well-made satin gown would have any problems with accepting me.

Cheers!

You said "a big splurge." A few hundred dollars would not be a splurge so.... (click each item)

A 1967 Camaro S/S 350 convertible with an oyster color interior. I would also need a new dress, heels and lingerie to go with it. A complete makeover and a new wig get my nails and toes done. I think a new purse would also be necessary and of course some girly sunglasses to complete the ensemble.

We're talking big splurge, right? I never thought of purchasing any one item as a "big splurge". We're talking about a real bender here, right? Okay. I've seen a lot of great suggestions. I'd start with the Veronica 2, I think. I'd like a nice set of black lingerie. I'd also love a black lace cocktail dress, and perhaps a few more career style dresses. I'd like a white full slip, some white pumps, and some new breast forms, too. I mean, we are splurging here, right? Then let's get a move on to the wig salon, too. We be splurgin' bay-bee!

Actually as much as i love my wig i would like to have one where the hair is longer. I did one of those makeover things on the internet and i looked better in a longer wig then the one i currently have.

For me, it'd be lots of things, the first of which would be a new computer and/or new car. One is outdated and the other is ready to die. Oh, cd-related? Well for starters, I need:

1) A wig. Something platinum blonde or more exotic like black with purple streaks.

2) Decent shoes. Any kind of sandal from 6" - 8 1/2" (!) is ideal, at least one pair of black, and another clear.

3) Fake nails. Speaks for itself, preferrably the uncolored kind--I like those best.

4) Fishnet and/or fencenet thigh highs in black, purple, and white!

5) Some basic makeup.

That should do it! <3

Internet makeover thing? Do you have a url? :)

I think this is the one i used. Free to try then you have to pay if you continue to use it.
If not just do a Google search for online makeovers.

Pay off all my debts so I can go back to college.

Total debts at the moment run about 8K, and 1K of that is keeping me from going back as I owe the college I attended.

TGMarla, I splurged last year. That's me in the driving seat.

No, it's not a real Shelby one, it's a copy, but probably handles better than the original, and my V8 with sidepipes sounds gorgeous, but hasn't got the grunt of a 427. Still, I've wanted one for a long time, and now I've got one, and my wife supports me and loves it. Now the hard part; transfer that support onto my CDing!

It's interesting that there are a lot of car "guys" here. I have a '66 Mustang convertable. For my splurge, a lot of laser hair removal and maybe hire a real makeup artist to build me some realistic boobs!

Dragster,

Geez, I love Cobras too. I remember several years ago going to pick up a girlfriend at SD's Lindbergh Field, and seeing a vintage Cobra in the parking lot, top down, with an enormous Rottweiler sitting menacingly in the front seat. Best auto alarm/guard I've seen.

Here's something else I'd like to buy, if I wanted a big splurge (within reason):

http://www.cbike.com/assos_womens_clothing.htm

Both the jacket and tights, check out the price, ouch! The bibshorts down the page would be great also!

A little odd, but hey, I'm a cyclist, what can I say?

For the price of a tax return..
I opt for the makeover with all the trimmings, probably from karen's a FemmFever.com with a photo shoot, maybe with a new corset, stockings & shoes set.

I don't get enough return for my dream machines.

I would also like a new pair of summer wedge sandals ,[they have to be cute though} ,and another pair of stelleto,s.

Full length mink coat (color really doesnt matter)

and a fur chubby (kinda like a bare midriff minkthat comes to just below the breasts)

PETA would probably not approve, but in the name of fashion all is good.

I'd settle for a good, easily maintainable human hair wig, a Veronica that feels like human flesh when it's touched (or, hell, maybe I should just get hips of my own, eh?), eyebrows that DON'T NEED PLUCKING, the complete eradication of those little nubby red razor bumps, stockings that don't run, an understanding partner (or partner of any kind--I could beat understanding into them later), a bottomless bottle of Svedka, a selection of lacy lingerie, the ability to produce that missing enzyme to properly digest beans, hairless knuckles, the capacity to learn how to dance so that it doesn't look like I'm about to fall down but then catch myself and then almost fall again, a vibrator whose batteries keep going and going and going, some comfortable platform sandals, a complete Goth Girl makeup set, a mysterious admirer who pays off my student loans, a week at Miss Vera's Finishing School, and smaller feet.

Mr. Taxman would need to make a generous error on my behalf, but a girl can dream, right?

Yep! That would definitely be my first choice. And if my tax return was extraordinary (or may be winning the lottery), I would seriously consider breasts implants!

I have been thinking about this for a few days. It would depend on just how big the splurge was. I wil start from the smallest and go to the largest

A nice satin maids dress
A piece of property in the warmer climates, NC, SC, GA, FL
Property and a motorhome to get to it.

That should just about cover it, $300 to $300,000
