The more I think about it, and the more I read on this (wonderful) forum, the more I realise that my desire to look like a woman goes back further than I realised. I just remembered that when I was 17 or 18 I wanted to look like Carly Simon. I was just starting to smoke pot so my normal day-dreaming was kicked into overdrive.

I admired her voice, her hair, her eyes, her sensuous, generous mouth- the way she dressed- but this wasn't a crush, it wasn't that I desperately wanted to make love to her- I wanted to BE her.

I was dating an older woman, so it wasn't like I wasn't into women- yet I found myself growing my hair longer, sitting down to pee, trying on female clothing for the first time (other than their underwear which I'd already been wearing for maybe 4 years) and floating around in a Dior 'mens' nightshirt which was so nearly a dress that I can't believe my mother didn't balk at buying it for me. Blue and white thin horizontal stripes- my god you have to be slim to carry that off.

Happy memories.

So who did/do you want to be ladies?

I want to be a feminine angel and have nothing more to do with blood and guts etc. Physical existence has to be virtual reality. It's too gross to be real.

Hands down I have always admired Diane Lane. She is a lovely lady and always dresses so beautifully. That special white dress from the movie Under the Tuscan Sun was to die for.

Pondered on this one before, Nikki.... :)

Think it was a strange combination of Debbie Harry, Jane Fonda and JC... No...! Joan Collins...! In fact, as I get older I find the allure of the 1980's and memoires of Dysantry calling me back...

Yeah, so have I - and I like the idea of being a redhead too, though I haven't tried red hair because I thought it was best to go with something close to my real hair color.

Everything you do is simply kissable
Why can't I be you?

haha thats such a tough question, depends on what day of the week your asking me.

sometimes i dream about being a rockstar, or a model, or an artist.

sometimes i like to imagine myself being an epic hero, or a princess.
even better a warrior princess just kicking ass, taking names, and looking fabulous as hell while doing it.

truth is though i don't want to be anyone else, but I would settle for being rich ;)

Carly Simon lived over on the Vineyard. I lived on Nantucket. I thought she was blisterin' hot.... and hearing her sing just a bar from "That's the way I've always heard it should be" would send my testerone in to "overload."

I was SURE that, if sent her enough love letters, she'd dump What's-his-name (James Taylor) and come over and be my girl....... I am STILL waiting for the FIRST response to my first plaint of everlasting love for her..... AND, I have a suspicion that I'm NOT going to hear from her... forever.

Oh well......

P.S. I'm guessing that her orthodontist made a FORTUNE on that gorgeous smile of her's!!!!!

I want to be me at 27 with my SO at 25. Me in a suit, her in a LBD. I would take her dancing and then home to "ravage" her. Sorry but I am a hetro male and I still like being her guy. Never wanted to be a woman. Never fantasized about it. Just being with her was all the fantasy my mind could handle. Still is.
But I am happy for the imaginative posts and the CDers who have posted here. The diversity of the CDing community is amazing and really kinda cool. There are CDers of all types and levels. If ya want to try something, ask something, get some advice, there are kind and generous people who will give of themselves.
I had fun reading the posts. Thanks for thinking of this and starting the thread.
I hope more posts are made on this thread. FUN!

So many to pick from. As a guy I am in love with Jana Kramer. She's a new country singer. she's so pretty and dainty. I would like to look like that. The thing I envy most about gg's is their petite features, like hands and feet. I also wish I could sing. I sing all the time to myself. I just wish I could sing well.

No Dana, she got it right! She meant the TV show. The plot was terrible but the fashions!!!!!

Now, who did I want to be, Joan Collins, Linda Evans or Stephanie Beacham? Any of the above! Bring back the shoulder pads (I don't need them but if all the GGs are using them then I'll blend better), the heavy blush, the contouring, the big hair, the glamour! Sigh!

Honestly, my wife. Mostly about 25 years ago when we were newly married. Always elegant and dressed to the nines, even her 'casual' dress was more sophisticated than many women's dressy attire. Makeup and hair was always impeccable, and I couldn't take my eyes off her for years.

And even though we've both acquired that infamous middle-age spread, she's still a beauty to me. Only nowadays she knows I want her clothes, too!

Well, to answer the question of, "Who do you want to be?", that's easy. Bettie Paige.
But, as far as what I want to be, that goes way back to the initial impetus that enticed me to CD in the first place.
My formative years were tempered by older brothers showing me fabulously endowed women in Playboy magazine.
The large breast fixation was set in stone. My CD'ing has always been about emulating the dream girl of my desires.
I would love to be that girl everyone talked about whose breasts were so big that they got in the way.
And, that's kinda' how I'm just enjoying this morning. Casual, boobied, femenine. Carla.

There are mainly three women who I would give anything to look like from a Canadian TV series called Lost Girl
Any of the following would be awesome: Anna Silk (as Bo) Ksenia Solo (as Kenzi) or Emmanuelle Vaugier (as The Morrigan aka Leader of the Dark Fae)

Not showing my age here but showing instead the age of Australian TV reruns.
I also could easily handle being Diana Rigg as Emma Peel from the Avengers. Great TV show run late at night here or in the afternoons out of ratings season.
Elizabeth Mongomery as either Samantha or her evil twin sister, both are gorgeous
Barbara Eden as either the Jeannie or her Evil twin sister once again.
Natalie Wood as she apeared in the movie "The Great Race" Especially in the Pie Sceene. I would love to be dressed up in that old style underwear she had on in that sceen& have pies pelted at me till I was covered from head to toe.

OK that last one may be more of a fetish slowly bubbling to the surface but would love to try that style of clothing with the corset, hoop dress & the busstle. I only realised recently that I no longer drooled over Natalie Wood so much as really wish I could have her outfit.

Bettie Page or Lauren Bacall. Both ladies were classy, glamorous and sexy with a hint of naughtiness.

In the modern era, there are several ladies on the Weather Channel that I admire. Both are bright in a nerdy scientist way that I find charming, athletic, witty, beautiful and stylish. In fact when I got serious about my own feminine persona with regard to my hair, make up and wardrobe I used these ladies as role models.

If we're talking waving a magic wand and *poof*...Mila Kunis, Oliva Wilde or Summer Glau.

If I'm still a TG then I'd like to shoot for a player on the US Women's Vollyball team. A lot of them are my height (6') and taller, yet still beautiful and sexy.

I really lusted after a lot of women, real ones and those from Hollywood. but until fairly recently, I never thought about being them. Of course, I would love to look like thousand of them now, Sandra Bullock and Carly Simon are a couple of them. Mmmmm.

The one time I was dressed up fully and passable I was dressed as the swiss miss girl. Makes sense since I'm swiss german. As long as I didn't talk no one, peope didnt know.

FYI this is not me in the picture below. I wish.

I recant my earlier answer. In all honesty, I'm increasingly more comfortable in my own (male) skin; long way to full self-acceptance though.

As a part-time girl, though, I intend to resemble the illustration in my avatar (sans the Hiwatt stack) in terms of frame, figure and hair.

Oh lets see ... Jessica Rabbit!!

Quote: "I am not really bad .. I am just drawn that way!" Love it!

I suppose Mikell likes Jessica too ;)

Other than her, I have been accused of looking like Sandra Bullock sometimes. I'm OK with that ;)

And other other than her ... Would like to look like Suzie Petersen! Yep .. Me!
