What do I have to be thankful for this Thanksgiving (putting aside that Canadian Thanksgiving was back in Oct)...
Well I finally gave myself a present and have my first Laser Session next week... Hair Be-Gone!!! Thankfully.
But that's not all. On returning home from my laser consult I received a call... a call I've been waiting (no hoping) for for some time.
I finally got my referral to meet with the Dr. for Hormones. OMG I over the moon with emotion and admittedly shocked as I'd been told that I'd be waiting a considerable amount of time. However a new clinic just opened in my area and they had been approached by the province to consider accepting local Trans patients in an underserved area. Looks like I'm going to be their first patient.
I just can't believe it.
