Ok. So I have checked and I have not seen this yet. We all know at some time or another we have wished for it. What if you won the lottery? Say about
$100 million.

What would you do? How would your lifestyle change? Would you start buying more expensive designer clothes? Would you stay with your $100 limit on shoes?

How far would you go?

I will start. First, a new house say about half a million. Definitely large walk in closets, maybe two for all my new dresses and shoes. Large open scenery, and a walk out deck with a door to my large bedroom. So I could sit outside on a nice spring morning.

A trip to the spa, and to see about permanent body hair removal. (An absolute must). Plus a nice new car maybe a Caddy.

Then a trip to Vegas with about 10 or 20 girls from here as guests.:drink:

What do you think?

I don't have anywhere close to $100 million, but your post did leave me thinking about just how far beyond a $100 shoe limit I am...

If I DID have $100 million (really anything sufficient for me to live as I do off the interest) I'd retire immediately. The main change would be that career would no longer be a factor in me deciding when to transition fully, not that it's really a big roadblock right now anyway. :P

If I didn't have to work, the girl side of me would have lots more freedom to blossom. Not sure how far it would go but it sure is fun to fantasize about it.

I would buy a house in Montana with a natural hot springs, and a house on some island beach. And help homeless people, and pets.

Lots of travel and shopping!

Then, of course, I would work for whirled peas.

Hi Laurie, There are two local volunteer fire dept's that would get some new trucks,
a Catholic school and high school that would have awesome upgrade's ,
some of my favorite charities would get a pretty good donation .
Set up retirement accounts for my two daughters and granddaughter.

I would trade in my motorhome for a new diesel pusher, buy my own private rail coach to
be towed all over the USA by the mainline Railroads, A couple vacation homes around the country.

One thing I've always thought about if I ever strike it rich is get a pile of $1,000 visa debit cards
and hand them out like candy.

I might use a couple of those cards to do a couple upgrades on the house.

I might get a small set of Diamond studs for when I have my ears pierced. :daydreaming: >Orchid :daydreaming:

Christian Louboutin would probably take home the majority of my winnings.

I think that, once I have fixed my life in terms of a nice house and all the rest of material stuff, plus getting lots of dresses, shoes, makeup, etc, I'd love to open something like a bar or similar to receive all the TS and CDers in the city (San José, Costa Rica), so that they have a cool place to hang out, meet people and that kind of stuff, without risking to be bullied by "regular" people in the streets. There's a lot of discrimination here in that matter.

Sell my house

Buy a 60 ft sailboat.

Throw out ALL my clothes.

Buy Bermuda shorts, leather sandals
and an old crappy guitar with nylon strings.

Summer in the Med then Summer in the South Pacific
Then repeat the previous line until the end of time :)

What is so sad about all this is that once I wanted to be a millionaire, now days I would need at least ten times as much.

I'd first settle my university fees upon my acceptance to uni and the associated cost of living, get myself a small apartment all to myself. Full body hair removal would be a must, as are more wigs and proper breast forms within the context of CD; leftovers for what I set aside on such frivolity would be devoted to a boutique guitar amplifier or even a multi effect pedal. My main reservation - one dependent only on me nonetheless - is a plausible lack of discipline in handling such an exorbitant sum. I'm not willing to spend so much at one go!

It would give me an incentive to get my facial hair removed much sooner.

Other than that, I'd be inclined to use the remainder as a grant to some local governments to provide job guarantees to any local residents who want it and mindstorm with others on how to persuade most other governments to provide similar job guarantees.

No limit on how much to spend on shoes, clothes and similar.

Spend more time helping others and the local community.

A school I know will get some much needed upgrades.

Travel, travel, travel...

$100 million...?

$20 million to each of three universities in the UK, USA and Australia or NZ to fund permanent research posts for transgender studies (I really want to know why... ;))

I'd find some great events to sponsor and attend... and start some more... about $5 mil for that

Might try to find an amenable screenwriter to come up with a good storyline for a part-time crossdresser... and some cash to seed production... another $5 mil

Find some worthy charities supporting work in the trans* community... another $5-10 mil

I should have a clear $20m left... so half of that will go in the divorce settlement when the wife finds out... and the rest will be living funds, travel, a place in the country, a place in the sun.... and Vegas Baby!!! :cheer:

First, I would throw a Grand Gala Ball and invite everyone on this forum (Formal Dress Required or the best you can do). Next, I would create a foundation to help fund SRS and BA for those can't afford it. If there is anything left after that I am sure I could find good use for it.

I play the lotto often and had 5 numbers once. I enjoy casino gambling while dressed, so if you win, can I be on the guest list to go to Vegas?

I'd become one of those rich, idle types who lounge around all day and night in their elegant dresses and heels. With plenty of similar company.

And I'd be writing checks to animal shelters and rescue programs, and a few other organizations that are doing good things, etc.

And I like Humana's idea of starting a club where we could all gather. :cheer::dance:
