Are all male dress designers CDers?

If not, it seems like it would be so frustrating to be a male dress designer. Like being a blind painter or a deaf composer.

There are thousands of blind painters worldwide, and there have been deaf composers other than Beethoven.
The college I go to has a dressmaking dept. and there are two effeminate guys one who is a very open crossdresser who attend there, I've asked a guy on the same course ( as your question has crossed my mind) who I know quite well about the number of CDrs there.
He said that out of the eight guys attending, three were CDrs, by that he meant they were quite happy and open about it.
I know it's a very small number to try and make any conclusion about (i.e. ratio of), and though it really dosen't (or shouldn't) matter as to your talent as a dress designer, it's still an interesting question.
