Just had a "Feel good" moment today.

Went and did a little weekly shopping today. As I was unloading my cart and the cashier was finishing up with the person ahead of me, the cashier say "Its ok ma'am you can leave that in your cart". Then she looks up, sort of embarrassed and says sorry. I left it at that and just said "Its ok". Heck I should have said thank you. At first glance I was sort of turned away and she was finishing up with someone else. For those who havent caught any of my past posts, I have been going to a hair stylist for a little over a year now, I guess next time I see her Ill have to give her a congrats that she is doing a good job :)

So that is my feel good for today, but maybe I wont get too excited, I mean it was at Walmart !!!!

Great story. Yeah, I do get called that if I'm shaved. I have long hair and do look quite feminine when I let it down and am shaved. So yeah embrace it!

When I am close shaved with a razor I do look younger, so that's something.

Well, I think you should take that as an affirmation.

Erica, I also know about a feel good moment so let me tell you about mine. On impulse I stopped in PayLess and was trying on some pumps when 3 elderly black ladies came in and started looking at shoes right next to me, of course they saw what I was doing so I asked them if they saw anything wrong with a guy wearing ladies shoes, they said absolutely not and wanted to see if I could walk in them so I walked down the aisle just like a gg would. They also said go for it, no problem here, to each his own. The store manager also re-assured me a lot of other guys buy women's shoes and encouraged me to walk the mall in them which I did.

Keep getting a fem haircut, add some facial accessories and keep em guessing, very nice post.

Likewise Erica... and if it made you feel good then I'm sure it's no more than you deserve. Make the most of those feel good moments, they can be all too rare sometimes... :)

I'm happy for you Erica. The law of averages has me on the other end of things and I often get "sir" when I'm trying my best. Those "ma'am" moments are precious few and need to be embraced and enjoyed.
