Hi girls.

I've been reading your posts with great interest and some puzzlement. If I were to self analyze I would say without hesitation I am a woman in a man's body. In appearances, I am a closet dresser in that I do not yet have the courage a lot of you have to go out enfem. My questions,are many but I will ask them one per session. First, as far a breast development goes, is there a sure way of developing them without having to jump through hoops? I am a 40 almost filling a B. I want to fill the B.

This has indeed been asked many, many times in the transgender section.

Quick answer, yes, the surefire way is to get female hormones. Breasts come as part of a package of increased femininity. I don't believe in herbal suppliment results, but other people will tell you otherwise.
If you're still in the closet, are you ready for obvious signs of femininity displayed to everyone who sees you, because they are hard to hide?
I'd see a specialist if I were you, they can help with the emotional and psychological issues as well as the social and physical.
Don't let us here guide you, there's no 'right' way, just your own way.

I would definately see a specialist about this. Yes, you can take hormones and you'll grow breasts, but there are side effects, which is why I've decided to avoid them. I know quite a few trannies who are on them, and from what I've seen they're just not for me. See a doctor, ask lots of questions, and be sure this is what you really want.
