Hi ladies! well like everyone knows for us, feeling feminine is a very importante thing in life, sometimes our male roll distance us for our inner woman, but there are many ways to feel that feminine: use lingerie under male outfit, use perfume, maybe have a toenails painted!
But I discover one new! music! when I want to feel abosulely girly I like to hear Lady marmalade! this is my power femme song! so girls do you have one???

I love all kinds of music..... We'll nearly all kinds but enjoy listening to some of the more femme songs even when I can't dress as they remind me of my dressing and femme feelings inside.

When I'm feeling rather promiscuous my favorite is Salt Shaker by the Ying Yang Twins.
Love to shake my butt to that song...haha
Other than that, any sort of Madonna or techno and if I'm in the mood, gotta have the dirty rap lol

I've always had a strong preference for any kind of powerful female vocalist in my music selection.
I don't go for country or rap, but everything else is on the table. I'm an especially huge fan of Evanescence. Amy Lee could sing me to sleep any night of the week, her voice and the way she shares her life (the good and the pain) are just incredibly moving.

Music fits my mood.
Sometimes it's classical (with an edge, Stravinsky or Prokofiev), sometimes something like the Pretenders ("Hit Me With Your Best Shot") or Florence and the Machine ("Dalaliah").
Today it is "Diamonds and Rust" , Judy Collins. "Well, I'll be damned...." are the first lines. Now, you remember it. I thought that was the name forever. It's about an affair she had with Dillon.

I love to watch certain songs on YouTube, because the visual is there with the music. Songs such as I Enjoy being a Girl, Man I Feel like a Woman, Ruby Redress, etc. Yes, these tunes add to the experience.

Lady marmalade is a good one! I fantasize about dressing like the girls in that music video. I like Shania Twain's "Man I feel like a woman!"as a power song for CDing

My taste in music isn't directly related to what I wear (despite a marked preference for female singers). On the other hand, at karaoke and jam sessions, I can legit belt out Kiss Me without even batting an eyelid or rolling an eye, much to the laughter of my ex-classmates and colleagues.

Soooo much good stuff here already.... thoughtful...
Music that amplifies my girliness has to be something that gets my hips moving and is 'girly-sexy' - for want of a better description - and that also doesn't feature on Brenda's or Mink's comprehensive playlist... Oh - and if I can sing along not too falsetto as well, that's a bonus...
In order of popping into my mind (and this is getting me in the mood for a little shimmying..)
(Mucho Mambo) Sway by Shaft (A bit of cha cha cha gets those hips going.. ;))
Just about anything by Madonna but especially Vogue and Justify My Love
Boogie Oogie Oogie - A Taste of Honey
Moving on up - M People
Hideaway - Kiesza
Dov'é L'amore - Cher
Sunday Girl - Blondie
Checkin' on me - Roisin Murphy
I Feel Love - Donna Summer
I will survive - Gloria Gaynor
I wanna dance with somebody - Whitney Houston
and finally....
Mickey - Toni Basil - complete with obligatory pom-poms :cheer:
Have to stop now.... defo feeling boppy-girly now... :D
