View Full Version : How soon to tuck again after surgery?

Next month I will be going into Hospital for Surgery. They are removing two (non-cancerous, thank the Lord) lumps from my testes and are going to circumcise me at the same time for hygiene reasons; which I am happy about as I like the idea of being "smooth".

The question is; how long should I wait after the procedure until I start to tuck again as part of my dressing? Fertility is not an issue and if I damaged my testes in that way it would not really matter, but I do not want to cause a blood clot or some other kind of damage if I start tucking again too soon before everything has had the chance to heal. I could not really ask the Doctor when he said "any questions?" so wanted to see what y'all think?

Thankyou!

Your doctor is really the ONLY person you should be asking.

Ask your doctor how long before you can run or lift heavy objects. That's a good start but if anything hurts, stop doing it.

There's "tucking" and then there's "tucking". If you're not wearing ultra tight clothing, you don't really have to push the boys up inside of you, just pull Willie back a bit and leave it at that.

You really should ask the doctor.
But, being in a family full medical professionals, most times the answer to those kinds is, as soon as you no longer feel discomfort/pain.

Years ago after a hernia surgery i had to wait a couple months. But its not the same as what you are having.
Good luck on you surgery

You could just have them cut off and be done with it. (Just kidding of course)
