OK, hopefully that got your attention, LOL...With all the discussion on TG in the CD forum I'm curious (informal suvey if you will), where are you 'quantitatively' on the gender spectrum? Let's say 1 is occasional CD and 10 is "I'm going to hold an endocrinologist :edit:until I get a script for HRT"..OK, for sake of argument let's call that '11' ��

In my mind I would say I'm around a 3.147 ! Easy as pie right? (catch me again next month) although my SO has a different ranking system I guess. I haven't actually asked her this question, but if I had to guess, I'd bet she'd think I was closer to 7 (YIKES! Someone call me an endocrinologist)

Currently, I'm a strong 7 but closing in on 8.5 'cause I'm finally fascinated with makeup. My cd pleasure is only interrupted by work and husbandly respect for my wife's reality. I crossdress several days per week (or not if I'm away on a trip) and I have an extensive female wardrobe, high quality forms and hip/butt padding and a nice wig, but I can't assign myself a number on your scale because I will never consider HRT or anything further.

I'd give it about an 8-9 for myself, though I don't dress as much as i want to. Maybe a 5 for 'actual'.

Darn it, it's that same problem again- a straight single scale for a complex subject. Despite the fact that it lacks a lot of qualitative information, 1-10 scales like this, and labels like "CD" or "TG" or "GD" or "TS" do carry some meaning, but I wonder if we all are using the same gauge? I know that using the wrong label for myself has caused problems in the past.

How so. It is a scale,the question wasn't how far along the scale to becoming a TS are you. The OP was asking "if A= 1 and B=10...where are you on that linear scale?" It didn't say in anyway that you had to be heading in a direction

For example, my therapist has stated that normal heterosexual men don't want their own set of real breasts. She and I have had several discussions about where all "this" could lead.

For now, like Lorileah has clarified, I'm sitting stationary, a bit beyond the halfway mark... and holding.

Personally I think you need to have 2 scales:
Gender Identification 1 is male, 10 is female I'm a 3
Gender Expression: 1 macho masculine, 10 girly girl I'm a 7
