Believe it or not, brushing your lips with a dry toothbrush works.

I heard that collagen lipstick should do the trick.

There is a product called DuWop Lip Venom they have a whole line of stuff. My girl friend was able to get samples a while back.

I have tried several of those lip plumpers, they have never had any effect on me, except making my wallet thinner....

I heard that over 100 years ago some women would apply BEES to their lips----Seriously! One in the center of the lower lip and one each on either side of the cupids bow of the upper lip
Painful!---but "Beauty hurts" as the old saying went---and pray you are not allergic to bee stings.
The peculear puckered shape the lips took on---and sometimes imulated with lipstick in the old silent movies, were naturally called "Bee stung lips"---a term more literal that you might think.
I suppose the technique would still work today and would be quick.

I've tried Hydroderm lip plumper and found that it does work to some extent. You just can't expect miracles however. The difference is there, only sort of subtle. I also think that the more you use them the change becomes permanent, but since there is a sort of maximum amount that your lips will plump using this method, after a while it doesn't seem to work as much as it did when first used. I may be wrong but that's them impression I have.
