Well, I think the title says everything, it's a little cliche that the boys are blue and girls are pink and the all the boys want to be Superman, but we all know thats not true hihihi in my case if I need to choose be a comic character I prefer to be THE SCARLET WITCH!! she is always sexy, most of the times use a cute pink hose, and she is red the color of seduction!! what do you think girls, you dream b250058eing superman??

The moment I saw Julie Newmar as Catwoman in the old Batman tv series, I fell in love. I still wanted to be Superman, though.

For me it was Wonder Woman, the 1950s did not give us a lot of female superheroes to want to be like.

Most certainly Batgirl. I could do the purple/yellow one in a minute, the Red/black one is ultra cool but the rest I probably might not bother. Well, ok I'd do the blue/silver one just to be that stand out batgirl lol. Last year I bought the batgirl costume from the 1966 TV show and it was absolutely HORRIBLE to say the least. If anyone is thinking about buying it, save your money. A batgirl costume will have to be put together piece by piece to be done right.

I loved Resident Evil 3 because I got to play as Jill Valentine, in that cute skirt and bustier -- and win other outfits by getting high scores. So it has to be Jill Valentine (she was played by Sienna Guillory in the movies). http://www.fightersgeneration.com/characters2/jill-re3render.jpg

My fantasies as Supergirl back in the 60's were just fine with the original outfit, even the Linda Danvers brunette wig.

There weren't a lot of female role models to choose from when I was growing up in the 60's. I remember batgirl from the Adam West series but never wanted to emulate her or her outfit.

The first one I noticed and wanted to wear was Linda Carter in Wonder Woman.

There are some great alternatives listed but Wonder Woman still does it for me.

Josie from Josie and the Pussy Cats. She was very popular with almost all of the other kids in school. And she was very pretty and wore some very cute outfits too.

Lois Lane, for sure! Always prim and properly dressed with pill box hats a tight pencil skirt with heels and how many times was she tied up and gagged?

I like the Emma Peel also in tight outfits, idea as well and she used to be put in peril too, hmm maybe a theme, nah!

I didn't dream of a specific superhero, but I definitely wanted to be a fantasy hero. A swordswoman who mixed fighting prowess with magic powers to protect herself and others. Like the kind you might see in an anime or video game. Heck, sometimes I would even fantasize about becoming a magical girl. I'd be a regular guy most of the time but when evil rears its ugly head I'd transform into my magical guy/girl form and kick their butts.

For those unfamiliar with what a "magical girl" is, it's an archetype of anime show where a seemingly ordinary, flawed girl or team of girls live a regular life some of the time, but fight evil or monsters the rest of the time by transforming into idealized versions of themselves with special powers (a clumsy girl might become graceful or a shy girl more ourgoing). As the show progresses the girls usually mature and grow up, eventually living up to their ideal. If you want an example, Google Sailor Moon. It SHOULD be safe for work, but I make no guarantees

My comic book tastes are more obscure, I'd rather turn into Callie Liddel or Marian from Robyn Hood than a DC or Marvel type (unless I could be Harley Quinn <3)

+1 for Linda Carter as Wonder Woman. I always wanted her to lasso me with her gold rope and then tie me to something and extract the truth from me.

Come to think of it I still do! :daydreaming:

I read comics as a kid in the 60's but never wanted to be one of the characters.
Always did like Veronica from the Archie comics.
Its good to see that comics are still popular and the super hero concept is still cool.
What I find sad is adults soo hung up on StarWars movies. I saw the first one when it came out and it was cool because of the filming techniques.
Still it was hoaky and the following movies just weren't all that good.Just my opinion.

Same for me. But I have my own created magical girl character. A gothic magician princess who knows martial arts.

I didn't dream of a specific superhero, but I definitely wanted to be a fantasy hero. A swordswoman who mixed fighting prowess with magic powers to protect herself and others. Other people have called me: "Professor X", "Gandalf", "Dumbledore", "Dr Steven Strange", personally I prefer "the joker" :-)

Now as to a femme-fatale superheroine, hmmm. Maybe "Penelope Pitstop"?

I always wanted to be "Popeye"..... and I believed that, if I masturbated enough, my forearms would become outsized, and I could get an anchor tattooed on them, and I would be there!!!! (P.S. It doesn't make your forearms much bigger, after all!!!!)

...the 1950s did not give us a lot of female superheroes to want to be like.

Does anybody remember Sheena, Queen of the Jungle? I was too young to have seen the original series but I saw them in re-run in the late 50s and early 60s. I never fantasized about being her but I did fantasize about her as a dominatrix. I also fantasized about a lot of film noir femme fatales in the same way: Barbara Stanwyck, Joan Crawford, Lizabeth Scott, Lauren Bacall, etc. The girls that I fantasized about being in those days were very feminine like Annette Funicello or Shelly Fabares.
