Its the little things in life that just make you feel good.
Today I was out shopping for a few items as Shelly which is normal for me. As I approached the checkout, I notice the sales assistant and his colleague both around 25 and cute looking at me. Now normally I just get ignored, but there are always times when you just never know what's next.
Any fears I had just disappeared when he asked if I found everything I wanted. just as I replied yes he said to me that my owl necklace was lovely and that his wife would love it. I apologised to him for not being able to remember where I had bought it. I think it was actually a present from a friend.
As far as I could tell he had no idea I was not a woman.
I left the store with a big smile on my face, wondering if he was going to tell his wife about the lady with the owl necklace.
Does anyone else have a similar story ?
