Just Sharing - 36 hours of freedom

On a short Biz trip for Monday but had a family thing Saturday, sooo....I had 2 hotel nites and 36 hours to myself. Admit-I didn't go out Halloween night (no idea what to do), but spend AM getting dressed and then went to a CA Bay Area that has - for a small fee- a retail/social club. Spent the afternoon trying on shoes (Damn...NO red pumps that fit right!), trying out new forms (topic in and of itself), dresses, etc. and hanging out being Dana. Drove there and back en-femme, walked around their shopping center a little....just all so wonderful.

Many of us have limited opportunities...so I just I thought I'd say great days (or 1 1/2 days) CAN happen.

Dana, Its good that you had the chance to be yourself. Red pumps? I do have em but what to wear with them. My black pumps get used way more often.

For the first time ever in more years than I could count, I finally got the chance to stay completely en-femme for over 24 hours; actually closer to 36. Completely put together from head to foot. A wonderful day for sure; as the weather gets more dismal here and the desire to leave the house diminishes, I am sure there will many more such days.

I KNOW....my black pumps I wear ALL the time. I just want something different. I'd need several new clothing items to actually wear red pumps. Also had a pair of while pumps (very sexy ones) but they were kind of cheaply made....tough part of that was you have to have bare legs (not for me) or white stockings/hose, which is limiting.
Maybe a different black style (slingbacks or something) would help the 'different'...
