I finely did it got my ears pierce. Yesterday my wife and I were at the mall shopping, my wife bought her some sweater blouses and a skirt. While we were in that store she asked me, what did I think about a dress she was holding, I said that is a pretty dress I like it, it was a green sweater dress. Then she said do you want it and of course I said yes. After that we left the store and were walking down the mall and she said I want to get another hole pierced in my ears. I said Ok and we went to a place there in the mall that does it. While we were going there I said I should get my ears pierce to and she said why don't you, that surprised me that she said that, so I went ahead and we both got our ears pierced. I am glad my wife is very understanding about my need to want to crossdress sometimes. Only thing is she's not OK that I fully dress while were out together, so I was in almost male mode while shopping. I did have panties, female jeans and female sneakers.

It's great when a wife goes along with the program. Maybe once you get your presentation to the point where you look and act like a woman your wife will go out with you.

It's so nice having a wife that understands and with whom you can share this part of yourself.

On the ears...be sure to clean them a few times a day with alcohol to make sure they don't become infected and heal fast. Also be sure to turn the starter earrings a few times a day so that the healing doesn't attach to the post. That will make sure that you form a good "tunnel" in your ears and future changings will go smoothly.

How badly did it hurt when you got your ears pierced? This is something I have been thinking about doing, but for several reasons keep putting off.

Based on my experiences, piercing is reminiscent of being gently snapped by a rubber band. Mine was not at all painful, aside from that split second of discomfort.

I have had mine done several times and it doesn't hurt. You feel a sharp prick and it lasts for about 10 minutes. I have had my lip done too. It hurt a little bit more than the ears but only lasted about 5 more minutes than getting your ears done. Next i want to get my septum done. So if anyone has had their nose done could you tell me how different it is to the lip piercing?

Glendy being fully dressed when out is a big hurdle, I hope you make it sometime.

our wife seems approving in a lot of ways and the fully dressed bit must be frustrating.

I still have not got my ears pierced yet.

I have gone out fully dress in feminine clothing and I think I pass fairly well cause I haven't gotten any stares or bad comments. I have even gone to the women's rest room with no problems. When I first started going out in public for the first time I was nervous and scared of getting made out as a male in women's cloth, but the more I go out and the better I get at Appling make up the more my confidenceson gets.

I had my ears pierced and the right ear didn't hurt but the left ear by a right handed Person was hurting a bit but wasn't bad. I didn't use their solution as it was not alcohol. I used alcohol and the ears healed rapidly and I still turn the starter earrings several times a day. So far so good. My SO was with me and marked where the point should be.

You might suggest to her that you could dress sometime when you are out of town, it might make it easier for her, if there is no one that you know that you might run into.

Good for you Glendy for getting your ears pierced. Now you can get all kinds of earring to wear. Got mine done 30 years ago.

I still wear my "starter" earrings in male mode. Little gold balls. I took a very fine file and blunted the points a bit so they are more like normal earrings. It makes them easier to put on without starting an extra hole.

With the piercing gun, it doesn't hurt a bit. I had three earrings in my left ear in high school and just the one now. The first done with the gun and the other two pushed in by a friend. The latter method hurts a little bit. Any discomfort should dissipate fairly quickly. I don't think there are a lot of nerve endings in the ear lobe.

I was thinking about getting a second one back in my left ear and one on the right. Look kind of goofy wearing only one half of a set of earrings. Looks like I lost one. ;)

Getting your ears pierced is great. I'm going to get a second piercing done, that way I can my studs and my dangling ones. Also its a wonderful feeling to have your wife so supportive. Someday she will come around and you'll have a grand time shopping. Take care and happy holidays to you both.

Hi Glendy, I had the same thing happen to me. Now for a funny story. I love playing tennis, so one day I had this diamond stud in my ear. As we were getting ready to play a women from the other team came over to me grabbed my ear an said I don't play with men that have a bigger diamond in there ear then me. I smiled an though go figure it was, an she smiled at me an we played. JO
