Wow, I've been on this forum 6 years next month and just now hit 100 posts.
I gotta start spending more time here!
How do y'all (yes, that's a word, a Texas thing!) find the time?

Taking my phone to the bathroom at work...or checking during lunch breaks with the hope that I don't get outed...

When I cannot sleep on here, and when I have down time at a customer I'm delivering to or getting loaded

I'm on a Laptop watching TV. I have a very understanding and supportive wife. I read a lot of post during commercials.

I don't... I get to this forum once or twice a year anymore.

I was in my 20's when I joined this forum. I'm now in my 40's!

Even on my days off, I start at 3:30am with Carla time. Sometimes I'm fully dressed or more often than not, it's nightgown and bathrobe. But, I always check this site. And, I contribute.

Hi Anita,
I'm in the same boat - a measly 145 posts in 7+ years. I read a lot here and appreciate all the insight, advice, and affirmation, but simply must try to participate more. :)

DFW as well. what I can tell you is this place provides me with support and understanding and most of all acceptance...I can't really find that anywhere else.

I work out of my house when I am not in court or meeting clients. I have two computers on my desk, and ordinarily one is used for writing motions or briefs and the other one is used for research. I just pull this site up on another tab behind whatever I am researching, and when I want a little work break, I read and I post.

Don't feel too bad. I've been on here almost 9 years and still under 200 posts.

Anita, please remember it's the quality of your input that counts the most. Don't succumb to becoming a post-counter who feels the need to chime in with 'me too' because of some misguided concept that the more posts you have somehow indicates greater wisdom. On every forum it's blatantly obvious that there's at least a few who think their post count gives them some special credibility that doesn't really exist. We'd all be better off, and there'd be lots more space left on the servers everywhere if everyone eliminated post counts so no one would sink to the level of seeing how many times they can add some useless gibberish just to watch their 'score' get higher.

Up every morning early with TV news, coffee and laptop. I don't post much but thank you all for my sanity.

I have been on the site for 4 years this week. While I don't post all the time, I check in every day, it's my therapy.

I've found that when I leave the television off I have a lot more time for almost everything, including time spent here and in the kitchen.

Don't feel bad dear. It took me almost 9 years to hit 1000 posts. Easy to do when I do not have a smart phone, (just a great flip phone that I absolutely love and which can't be hacked either,..so simple.) Plus I am only on here once a week, usually Sunday morning.

I sit outside, smoke cigars, and do the forum. Smoking cigars may not seem feminine, but all of the cigar stores in the area are run or owned by women.

I joined earlier this year and already find it hard to get online as much as I would like. When I do, I spend a couple hours reading through the posts. I really enjoy this place!

I tend to post a lot whenever I get the pink fog, that's why my post count seems to be high!
