How many outfits do you throw on when you have a few hours for girl time?

When I have the house to myself for a few hours, I normally wear at least two different outfits depending on make up I put on.

I think my personal record for changing outfits is about six. lol

I used to do multiple outfit changes, but I realized I was spending more time changing clothes than enjoying being dressed. So now I keep it to one outfit and try to relax and savor the experience ;)

I dress for long periods of time, typically all day. One outfit is enough, but I often go through "the girl thing" in picking out an outfit:

1. Put on dress A. No, that's too frilly for where I'm going.
2. Put on dress B. No, that's too frumpy.
3. Put on dress C. No, that makes me look fat.
4. Maybe I'll try a skirt and a blouse.
5. Try combination 1. No, that blouse doesn't go with my skirt.
6. Try a few other blouses, and then decide the skirt is wrong.
7. Try several other skirts, then put on dress D, which is "what I wanted all along."

depend what yo consider 'outfits'; I'll put one on an 'outfit', check the mirror, change the top , check the mirror, change the skirt, check the mirror, change the top…try it with a purse…try it with a different purse…change the skirt, try it with jeans….check the mirror…try it with a different skirt...you get the idea…..

One!!! Unless I"m going somewhere that causes a need too. OK, get up and put on clothes for the day. Whoops wife wants to go out or I need to go somewhere, change clothes to meet the expectations of appropriate fem clothes. Put on nightgown for bed I guess would be a change. A few times al year I try on a lot of my stuff and donate to my favorite charity.

Going out usually involves a bit of trial and error to get the right outfit. Once set, I'm good for the evening.

Once I'm dressed, it stays on for the day. But I often (usually) have to try on three or four different outfits before I find one that is right for the weather and occasion. And probably seven pairs of shoes. :)

I start with a casual outfit, suitable for doing housework, chores, etc. Often I’ll change into something a bit more “oh my” before the SO gets home. Shoes, I might change a couple of times during the day due to achy feet… but they will still match the outfit, and purse. Haven’t done the Everything In My Closet Fashion Show in years.

I mentally prepare for my day en femme. Once I am dressed I will stay in that outfit for the entire day. I don't have time to model each and every dress I own. I have domestic chores to get done after logging off this site.

great question depending on time and plans could be a minimum of to ro a maximum of how many do I have and how can I mix and match. That does kind of get old but I think it is part of the fun of being a CD like choosing your hair or the size of your chest

Unless I just purchased something new that I want to try on, usually only one. I know what I want to wear before getting dressed, so it's only a matter of choosing which things to take out and put on. I don't spend any time with the mirror so there's rarely any disappointment in what i see.

However, sometimes after already being dressed I might be doing something else which makes me want to change; such as, on say, a Saturday I might put on a dress in the morning, and then change to a cheerleading uniform later on when the sports shows come on (if football, basketball or cheerleading competition) or a skater outfit if there's a skating competition on. When doing any cooking or cleaning for any length of time I usually wear a maid's dress. Footwear these days is almost always ballet flats or white sneakers w/trim & laces that match my cheer uniform.

Most of the time it's just one but a while back for some reason I got carried away and went through nearly everything I have in one day. Not sure why I did other than I hadn't been able to dress for a long time and I was just enjoying the feeling of being able to put on what I wanted to put on.
