and the fire goes out. i still haven't gone as far as purging yet, and whenever i see female clothes my eyes linger for just a millisecond longer. but i'm now in the stage where i'm being realistic wiht myself. that is, 1, i'm living with my parents, 2, it would be ridiculous for me to buy any female clothing other than lingerie (this is singapore, people aren't as open-minded), 3, i could never, ever look good in female clothes, or at least, never look as good as i might imagine myself to look. so i really need a high stress level in life before i go back to dressing again? i don't know. i kinda miss dressing, but then again, i'd rather not be stressed until like the time that made me start dressing again (which was when i started the blog).

Val, I remember some of your earlier postings and your pictures looked OK. I take on board the difficulties in regard to where you're living etc. Even so hang in there, you were positive a while ago and those times will return.

Be strong. If you need a break, take it. As others have said, don't rush into anything. Listen to your heart and examine your feelings. I know it's easier said than done. You need to be happy with yourself, yet safe and secure in the world. Tough decisions, but we're all here to help each other the best we can.
