set to accomplish in the CD. year?
We each set goals to spend less on
clothing or to loose x#lbs&and add
walking 1mile a day or to make it known to family so or close friends
that we crossdress.What bout taking
time to volenteer at a local senior center to help feed senior Adults
meals who might be the only meal
that they get each day..Spend time
visiting your local VA Hospital and
find one. or more Vets you could
help make their day by just visiting
and carrying them a book or gift badkett.

Been out en femme twice in my life, both in the last two months, with others. So my new year's resolution is to go out on my own in the city. Build up the confidence and get everything right - the clothes appropriate for location, makeup right for daytime, choose the right venue, start fully enjoying and experiencing it as I've always wanted to.

Stock stuff really.

Win lottery, loads of overseas travel and laziness.

Real world version.

Get a really good IT contract signed up before end of February - (current one has 2 months left...ish!).
Actually get to the States this year (it's all gone bandy on my last two attempts - medical and work).
Lose more weight, a good 14 lbs (a stone in the UK - I do metric but deliberately ignore the foreign abomination that plagues our shores).
Dress more and get out during the day. I personally need and want to be a day walker.

I don't make "new Years Resolutions". If I have a goal, I start on it right away and try to meet it in a reasonable time.

That said, I would like to convince my wife to go out in public with me (my main crossdressing related goal), do some travelling, maintain my health and lose some weight. It doesn't have to start on NY day.

Live long enough to be an embarrassment to my kids.

*I'm* why you are so odd, kiddies.

Now that I have been out a little bit by myself in public my goal for 2016 is to try and go to the social weekend in Detroit to go out with a group of similar girls so I will feel safe and try and experience a night out to clubs and a casino while mingling with the general population. Just got to get up the courage.

I always wonder why we have to wait until New Year's day to set goals for ourselves - usually to do things for ourselves to make us better or to enjoy life more.

New year's resolutions are something that I do not do. For me, I constantly evaluate my life and set goals and revise my goals as circumstances dictate. There are goals that I have made during the year that will continue into 2016.

My first goal is to find a full time permanent job. I had a position this month that was very temporary.

Secondly, I want to continue to live my life as a woman as much as possible.

Thirdly, to see if I want to continue on my road to transitioning to be a female, which would include HRT, legal name change and gender marker change. With each day that passes I feel more and more that I want to transition fully, but I want to make absolutely sure. I feel I can be patient and not rush. Also, This summer I started attending transgender discussion groups and plan to continue to do so. Also, I hope to start therapy one on one with a therapist.

It's not exactly a New Years resolution but I've decided, in my immediate vicinity, to visit every place en femme that I've ever gone in drab. Actually, I've already gone a long way toward that, I just decided to be more systematic about it. It's not really a New Years resolution, it's just part of my evolution that just happened to coincide with New Years.

Doing more of the same, meet new friends possibly find a regular CD to play with. Perhaps lighten my load and purge some of my older stuff. I have too much stuff and it's becoming unmanageable.

Keep working on my health and recovery so I regain most of my quality of life and get off the drugs. Oh, and to learn to do it at my body's reasonable pace rather than my mind's unrealistic expectation pace.

What bout taking time to volenteer at a local senior center to help feed senior Adults meals who might be the only meal that they get each day..

While I'm not really into New Year Resolutions, I didn't want to let this great comment by dawn go. Volunteering is one of the most fulfilling thing I've done in my life. For many of us -at least those not having a full time job related to social work- close emotional relationships are limited to our SO's and immediate family, and sometimes we even have trouble getting that to work: volunteering reminds you that the world is full of loving and lovable human beings who could use a little help, plus it makes you feel like a million dollars makeover, except that you don't have to spend a dime. And did I mention it's the magic, foolproof cure against prejudice and bigotry? Try it, girls, it's even better than that size 2 mini dress you saw online (and does not fit you anyway :tongueout)
