I've been to the doctor, am having bloodwork next week, and been referred to The Laurels in Exeter to see a consultant there on the psychological side to jump the hoops. My doctor it seems is experienced in managing transitions, agrees the option choices, with HRT the most likely outcome to begin with.

I feel relieved, very happy, energised.

"jump the hoops" - the great british bureaucracy that happens before anything happens - no idea if there are any ...
