Always use your real one to avoid any more questions than need to be asked ;)

All situations requiring legal ID, then I use my legal ID (airports, liquor shops, banks, police road stops etc, etc).
At the worst, they may think I'm a crossdresser :)

I use my male legal one, and I go to clubs a lot.

I 'club' a lot too but I hang out at the high end lounges (with sofas) and they have that facial recognition thing in place, I totally pass without ID 😉 !

I use my state-issued driver's license. It's been renewed so many times that the picture doesn't even look like my male presentation any longer!

I use the only ID I have, never had a problem and they all know it. If anyone ever asks, I would say I just started transitioning. I had to check a customer's ID because she paid by credit and she showed me 2 IDs(one with her maiden name before her transition) and I went forward with the transaction.

I don't go to clubs or drink any more, but my suggestion is to use a legal ID even if it depicts you as a male and just deal with any questions. Using a "fake" ID is illegal and not worth the risk. Sitting in a jail cell all dolled up could be uncomfortable.

I haven't been proofed in more years than many here have walked this earth...lol
If they have the nerve to ask me for ID then I have the nerve to show it to them....

Some of the clubs I go to have a policy of carding everyone at the door. I always show my legal driver's license. Its no big deal.

If you go to the right clubs and flash your male driver's license at the door you get in free. ;)

I have never been to any club dressed as Alice, but I would use my only legal ID, which is my male self drivers license, or VA card. It would be a bit uncomfortable, i would guess, though. I have not been to any club , in 25 years.

I used my driving licence when I needed ID in the Croydon TreeHouse. I buy all my drinks using my male debit card when dressed too, in a pub, club or whatever.

At some clubs that I have frequented, an id is required just to enter. I always use my legal drivers license, which depicts my male self. It is amusing in that I am dressed totally fem. The person, usually male, looks at the drivers license, back at me, then returns the id. At one place they swipe the license similar to when purchasing wine at Target.

Haven't been carded at a club in a very very long time.
If asked I guess I would use my valid ID.
Why is this even an issue? You aren't breaking any laws so whats the problem?
Oh its because someone will think you are gay right?

I use my credit card for everything - and it has my male name on it. Never once has any clerk refused it when I'm en femme - although once a bartender handed back my card, saying "Thank you "insert my male name." I'm pretty sure he didn't do that as a dig, and it's never happened again. With that said... when I'm in Las Vegas, I do let the various casino managers know of my crossdressing and direct them to put a note in their computers for my players club cards so the pit bosses don't thank me using my real name. If you are a player in Vegas, you know what I mean.

Then, at clubs, I use my drivers license with my full name on it. Again, not once has anyone commented or hesitated to accept it.

In fact, I sometimes wonder if they even look at it... more of a perfunctory glance.
