yep.... there's no need to make this stuff up because it's the sad truth of how most people feel about women like us. Thank goodness that guy is a gross douche and not someone you liked and were potentially interested in, Kaitlyn.
I've had a similar experience but it happened in person. This guy I was on a first date with started telling me about his old classmate who "became a woman" and that "he shouldn't be putting that in everyone's faces". There wasn't a second date.

What a charmer.
Sounds like his only plus point is his good taste in women.

Disgusting!
Becky, what a great answer!
Kaitlyn, out of curiosity – does he know you are trans? I.e., is he trying to live out his weird TS fantasy or does he simply not realize how ignorant he is?

Wow. I snorted involuntarily when I read that - fortunately I had already swallowed my coffee.

Lea..
he has no idea i'm trans...
i am involved in the local blues open mic circuit and im pretty well known...
there are not that many middle age blonds ripping out guitar solos...LOL....
i get a modest amount of attention from guys and get to play more guitar than my fair share...(i think that's called girl's blues privilege")..
no one has ever asked me if i am trans...
i hear you when you say unfriend him but i don't live in a bubble, nor do i want to.... the post irritated me, made me laugh and made me sad all at the same time, but that's true of so many things ...

The positive side is that you now know that is willing to say something like that publicly. It won't be something that pops up later.
It is interesting in that this particular violation is the one I see the most that I reach out and talk with people on. The only two times I had to go off line with a family member and have a hard talk was them dead naming Caitlyn. It is an area that a lot of people without exposure don't think it is an issue until you explain it to them and then the lights come on. His is worse though and I don't see a glimmer of light there after the reference to her identity.

Just about fell on the floor laughing at the irony of that one Kaitlyn.
We have a drug rep whose a bit of a sleeze and pretty much tries to hit on my wife every time he comes around to see us. Last time he came around (generally comes around every 6 months) we had just gone full time about a month before. The look on his face was pretty funny when he realised we were still together

Wow, two ways to go IMHO...avoid him like the flu or or take it as an opportunity to 'convert a non believer' 😐

Sorry you had to endure that.

One of my oldest friends put up a similar post (same text). I let him know that I wasn't amused, in fact I was quite hurt by it. He responded that I should grow up. We don't communicate any more.

It seems that a slight adjustment in your social circle is needed. Not much; just X - 1 should do the trick...

I follow Caitlyn on fbook and you wouldn't believe the ruthlessly vial shit that people post. And, they follow her just to be evil. Haha. She's already lived the sports hero life, been married to a busty knockout, made herself a millionaire and affords a team of stylists to be a gorgeous woman everyday. I'll bet you TG lurker is a fat loser.

Wow Beth that's a lot of analysis on someone Kaitlyn has already written off.
She has already said he is a big fat pig so I doubt she would waste any energy deliberating if she should date him.
