Hello all.

I’m pretty new here so I want to apologize beforehand if there has already been a thread on this but……

I would like some advice on finding some clothes that will fit my BF. He is new to CD’ing and I would like to surprise him and get him a new sexy outfit; perhaps bra, panties, stockings, mini skirt, cami’s/sweaters or what have we. I’m pretty small, I wear a size 4 or 5 in Womens and he is pretty trim too (6 feet tall/180 lbs) but I am positively sure that my clothes aren’t going to fit him since my figure is much smaller than his.

Can anyone offer any suggestions?

I don't know where you are, so I can't suggest any particular store. But any womens boutique or department store can have anything you want, and will be eager to help you. Welcome and good luck...BJ

:cool:Where do you buy your clothes from? There are literally thousands of clothing, lingerie and shoe stores - I am sure you will have no problems finding something to fit him from any woman's clothing store, either online or in person.

Here are a few links for charts that will help with sizes:

Hopefully one of the girls here is similar in size and can be of help.

In the meantime, you might consider his sizes (in inches) and look through a catalog at the size charts to see what his sizes might translate too.

I'd guess he'd wear a 38 bra, and a B cup would look right; a size 6 or 7 panty; a large cami and/or blouse (blouses can be tricky due to arm length, shoulders and chest sizes) and possibly a size 14 or 16 skirt.

You can always return them if they don't fit.

As for shoes, generally one size larger from a man's to a woman's. So if he wears a 10 look for a women's 11.

Stockings have size charts on the package, and it sounds like a size B tall might work.

I am 6ft and 183lbs, if you get a low rise skirt a size 10 it will fit her great. For the rest measures her, make a date of it, take the measurments then go shoping together.

I guess it depends of the size then, as I wear a man's 7.5 and woman's 8.5. :)

Get a piece of string, measure the width of his jeans and put a knot in it. Go shopping, measure a skirt to fit the right width.....tadaaa.

Wow, ladies! Mucho thanks for your help! My *genetic* GF's are going to be sure to raise their eyebrows when they find some clothing that is a few sizes too big for me in my closet! *heeHee*

I'm sooo looking forward to surprising him when I pick out something super-sexy for his alter ego! :D

BTW, I'm in the Los Angeles area and in the process of looking I also located a local boutique the specializes in our "needs"

GirlyLover,

Your BF is about my size, and Donna's suggestions here are pretty much spot on; I would only add that anything with long sleeves should be 1x (dresses, sweaters). Also, consider wide width shoes.

Better idea: Surprise him with a thing or two, and then take him shopping with you--everything will fit, and he will be (better be) thrilled by the experience!

First off, let me say thank you for being an understanding better half.
Ladies like you are few and far between seems like.
I recommend taking him shopping, I get such a turn on going shopping
with my wife, walking through all those clothes and lingerie.
Trying to pick out something I want, because in the end I WANT
everything I see.
My shoe size is one full size bigger, and I am 6' and weigh about 210#
shoe all of my stuff is at least a 1x.
Have fun and please keep us informed of how it goes.
Niki:)

Sorry to be so blunt, but !
So are you saying your going to rat him out to your Girl Friends?
That goes right along with what I was reading in My Husband Betty, a book by Hellen Boyd, page 56. Girl Friends keeping secrets!

There's both Glamour Boutique (http://www.glamourboutique.com/index.html) and Countessa's Closet (http://www.countessascloset.com/), which are out in the Valley.

FYI, you might also check JC Penny (especially online) since they have a good selection of tall sizes -- mostly useful for pants and full-length long sleeves (if you're going for a 3/4 length, etc. it's less of an issue).

As far as shoes, width makes a huge difference. Often times men's feet aren't really that much longer, as much as they are wider. Also, usually open-toe shoes don't need to be as large as closed-toe shoes.

FYI, Julie's string idea is a good one, and one used by some CDs. But you can also estimate his measurements from the sizing guides found on most retail websites. Men's sizing tends to be a lot more consistent than women's, although just be aware some of the measurements are taken differently. (Usually the charts will show wear to measure.)

What a lucky gurl he is.

Try Lydiastv.com they have it all including escorted excursions into the transgenderd world .

They have all the closthes you need and they know how to fit men.
They are in Studio City,

I just happen to be 6' , and 175lbs . I wear size ten skirt and a size twelve top. Dresses, usually a ten or twevle fits . And remember , even men can return a dress for one that does fit.

I only wish I could be so lucky to have someone like you who would suprise me with an outfit. My wife accepts but doesn't really want to see.

Nothing will give your BF a charge like a matching bra and panty set. You can build a more complete wardrobe for him over time, just as you've built up your own.

I'd go to the same stores you go to for shopping. I find the range in stores such Target, Pennys, etc is far greater than in so-called CD stores. CD stores tend to charge like wounded bulls, probably because they think they are providing 'special services'.

CDing is an everyday, normal activity. So go to everyday, normal type shops.

I am about the same size as your bf. I wear a 38C bra because I have two pair of breast enhancers (you can buy them at Victoria's Secret). Iwear size 6 panties. Iwear size 9.5-10 mens' shoes and size 12 womens' shoes. I wear usually a size 14 or 16 (most often 14) skirt and dress. Stockings and pantyhose are easy because of the chart on the back of the package. Hope that helps and you two can enjoy this new facet of your life which I am sure be very sexy for both of you. My gf buys me so many pretty things. I have no problem shopping for myself, however, and really love to go out on a spending spree to add to my wardrobe. A girl cannot have enough lingerie, wigs or shoes!
