haha, good luck. Names changes can be a pain. All the women I know who changed their names after getting married said took 1-2 years to finally get everything switched over.

Good Luck on getting it changed all over. Some of the bureaucracies can be weird. Have a gal local, can't seem to get Medicaid to fix it. This is in Maryland if any has a clue.

I can't recall all what I had to go thru myself. Court name change was last thing before coming out to work and transition. Luckily had SRS 9 months after, in 1977 that was the magic letter to get everything done.

Last of the many changes completed last week. Now have my passport in hand. Start to finish August to February. Could have been a couple of months shorter but I held out for the F everywhere.

Good that you're getting started. Go at the pace that works.
