I'm sure most of you are familiar with the Meyers-Brigg personality test that reveals a particular profile that is represented with letters such as INTJ.

Today we took a test using a system named DiSC. The quadrants are Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientious.

When I got the results back, it said I was a CD! I'd say that was an accurate assessment. :) LOL

I am so strongly CD oriented, that if I took this test and I did not say I was a CD I would be absolutely horrified!
I did a google search for this test and took the free version: I got this result:

You have a blend of both Dominant and Cautious traits. Your Dominant traits are probably a little stronger than your Cautious traits.

Some words that describe you are:
•Decisive,
•Driven,
•Logical, and
•Analytical.

I think these are good qualities for a CD. I think a CD needs to be Decisive. Spending too much time thinking about whether going out dressed is the right thing or not will get you nowhere. A CD needs to really drive himself to get going and to carry it out. He also needs to be logical in analyzing his CD inclination to see how it fits into his life and to make it work for him.

Not sure what this makes me.

You have a blend of Doer, Supportive, and Cautious traits. From the results we have so far, we cannot tell which of these traits is the strongest for you. You may have a very balanced blend of all three traits.
Some words that describe you are:
Decisive,
Logical,
Analytical, and
Helpful
Definitely not a strong CD thou. May have been my actions for Post-Op TS. I think their Doer is more true. Just jump in and get it done.

I came up as S/C
You have a blend of both Supportive and Cautious traits. Your Supportive traits are probably a little stronger than your Cautious traits.

Some words that describe you are:
Helpful,
Kind,
Logical, and
Methodical.

That test is good.

I also took this test at work and was declared to be a pure C.

Notably, the inventor of DiSC (William Marston) also created Wonder Woman!
In addition to Dominance, the other letters used to stand for Inducement, Submission, and Compliance,
which "ties" in nicely with the Lasso Of Truth and other Amazonian power dynamics!

Strong C here, to counter the pure Ds in the workplace.

OCD

Obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD) is a mental disorder where people feel the need to check things repeatedly, perform certain routines repeatedly, or have certain thoughts repeatedly. People are unable to control either the thoughts or the activities. Common activities include hand washing, counting of things, and checking to see if a door is locked. Some may have difficulty throwing things out. These activities occur to such a degree that the person's daily life is negatively affected.[

Now that is funny!

I am an IS on the DISC scale. So I IS what I IS.
