Strange event

I don't know if this is anything you girls have ever experienced but a while ago I was feeling unwell and so as not to disturb my wife I went to sleep in the guestroom. A couple of hours later my wife woke me and told me that she had heard me in conversation with a woman, when she entered the female voice was of course me.
I can't explain this but it happened, I could not recreate the female voice my heard in a million years. I still am confused by this but could it have been in connection with my crossdressing.
