Perennially, the concept of fitness and crossdressing comes up, and how it has helped members be more fit. I now have definitive proof!

I got a fit bit for Christmas, and until two weeks ago, my two best caloric burn days were days I went out dressed to local events, almost 600 higher than normal. Looks like my heart beat went into fat burn from the time I started getting dressed till I deconstructed 3 hours later. Maybe it was the excitement, maybe the challenge of walking in herls, or just struggling to get my hip pads on and off in my truck while keeping an eye open for curious onlookers. Just really a funny observation.

And I'm down 10 lbs since the first!

Happy Easter!

hi meg,
i can relate to hip-pad in the truck comment, just had another outing i posted about (have to scroll down a page or two now), getting ready in the car is a bitch but a necessity and worth it to walk in the wild.....deconstruction in the car also needs to be done and although i dont use the fitbit ill enjoy burning off those extra calories as the trade off for the inconvenience....

Well of course I miss my buds!

But Angie is right about all the food and Easter candy.

Sorry I can't be at DLV, but I'm down in The DR on business again. Guess I'll have to make up for it by going on a dive.

Megan I had one and it cratered. I was working in it and it came apart at the band. Don't know if I hit it on something in my shop or ruptured it with my heart beating faster when I first dressed with it on. Any way I am kinda glad it is dead as I was getting tired of all those dang challenges my friends kept putting on me. I did loose some weight though.
