A friend of mine in middle school had a disorder and his breasts were developing just like a female so he had them removed.
I being a CDer I thought wow that is so cool I would have kept them.

I started to, using left over meds from the hospital. Grew not quite an "A" cup, maybe 2/3 of such. I already have pec muscles, so it is not so obvious, but if you look at my chest, you can see them.

To have breasts but otherwise be male? Are you serious? What is the point? Except for intercourse, tits are the quintessential female identifier.

I know many of us struggle wit being "in between", but if you are going to grow full breasts, go girl.

I would love them if a male could have them without any public reaction. I wouldn't even care about the drab mode part. I'd just slip my bra on, pull over my t-shirt, and go about things like I do w/o them. Sports bra for sports or such. I'd be great with that.

I'm a natural 36B, so I don't add much to fill a 36C bra, I'm happy with that because my hips are 37" and my waist 31".
Yes I do like boobs but I'm a leg man I love to see nice shaped legs in stockings and heels, since shaving mine a couple of years ago I try and keep them in good shape. Women don't usually comment about boobs but they do like to see and comment on nice legs and I've had several compliments about mine .

I am a 36b also,and have had them for 40 odd years no problems, you learn to live with them, and show them off in a nice dress , with the right bra which i wear every day , only one person has made any comment and that was my female hairdresser while in drab said your button on your shirt has popped open and your bra is showing ,after she had finished cutting my hair.

I always had large breasts for a young boy. I used to be so embraced about it. I was a little pudgy so it was natural to have larger boobs. Since I have gotten older, I have slimmed down. But my boobs remained the same. I love it. I can wear a 38 B and fill it quite nicely. Daviolin

after finding certain medication and taking just 2 of then in a year...i have an A/B cup happening...wife said 'you have boobies'...said yes looks like after losing some weight (20 kgs or ?44 pounds i think) my breast tissue didnt go down in proportion.... :)
by the way when i stand side on to the mirror they look real and even have a little jiggle ...i love them!

While it sounds great it was hell. In school if a guy grabbed a girls boobs he would be in deep trouble. When guys grabbed mine it was a joke. I've never been comfortable without wearing a shirt to cover them. I didn't and don't today wear guys polo shirts. Swimming was the worst. Even with a t-shirt on I looked like the girls in the wet t-shirt contest. But, if I wore a girls swimsuit or bikini top it was a no go. Even without a bra guys look at my boobs rather than at my face. I get what they are wondering, but it is exasperating. I went through a time where I wore lace bras under sheer tops as was popular at the time for women. You can't believe the stuttering problem that was occurring.

I am also a natural B cup so I have the best of both worlds - a B bra in daily mode and C or D with inserts and dressed up.
I love my breasts and bras and the feelings they give me when I move.
