It's over...done...finished...

no looking back. Two weeks out now, but doing great. I was going to post a picture but... You can imagine.

The surgery went quickly (I Guess I was asleep and I had hoped they would film it but they didn't) and recovery is going well.

Oh, you didn't miss me huh? :sad:

It was a whirl wind to be honest. And I want all those awaiting the day to know, you can do it. Positive thoughts. It will work out.

Welcome back!!! Your note like others in recovery helps those of us following a similar path get over the fears and concerns. Yes understandably not a simple procedure and not without a long recovery time but just knowing others paving the way does provide some comfort that as you say we will be ok in the end.
