Sizing skirts and tops

Most on line shops post a sizing char for womens sizes, however since my proportions arent quite the same I need some help. With a male(ewww) waist size of 34 and normaly wearing a 42/44 coat. What Skirt, Sweater, Suit. Would be best. Thanks in advance. Hugs

Just a rough guess, I would say your a size 14 or 16.
