A sales lady from an online catalogue phoned me on Tuesday. In order to get extra discount the order had to be made by telephone. I ordered three dresses and then the lady asked "what about something for yourself?" I replied that they were for me to which she hesitated then said ok and proceeded to tell me about a bag that was reduced. She parted by saying I hope everything fits and said have a nice rest of the day. The whole episode was painless and better still all the dresses fitted.
