Hello all,

I have been absent from this forum way too long. A lot has happened to me in the past year. After I had come out to my wife in October of 2014, I had began to live a mostly 'out' life then, only being stealth in my professional life, where my appearance was more androgynous than male. In August of 2015 I was outted, and lost my family, home, job, and all of 'his' friends. So I did what most modern children do, I went home to my momma. She has fully accepted me as her daughter, and my children have accepted me too. So I began my new life as me. I had legally changed all of my ID to the correct name and gender, so when I began my new job it was as my authentic self. And I haven't looked back since.

On June 28th of this year, Dr Christopher Salgado gave me the medical miracle I had dreamed about since I was 14. I went into the operating room with an over developed clitoris and an undeveloped vagina and came out with a reduced clitoris and fully formed vagina and labia! My dream had come true.

I am now an OTR truck driver again, and will be back on the road at the end of August after 8 weeks of post op recovery. I feel awesome! And the best gift of all was to find a job with a medical plan that paid for my Gender Affirmation ( Reassignment ) Surgery 100% except for a $250.00 copay.

I have been able to meet so many of you in real life traveling all over the country, and look forward to meeting more. I am so happy to finally be me!

It is always nice to see old friends returning and I'm so glad for you that your job paid for a large part of your Gender Affirmation Surgery.

Take it easy with the recovery phase and make sure you are fully well before returning to work. Meanwhile, of course, you can visit more with your virtual and physical friends in the TS forums.
