So my wife and I had a day today :)
The last couple of weeks have been quite hectic since we got back from our honeymoon, mainly because we have a great big Halloween party every year. Anywho, she's also been running around to interviews for a new job, so she hasn't seen me dressed at all for a couple of weeks. We had planned on spending the day together at home until the children got off school, and she asked me if today was okay for a dressing day (hell ya'). I was anxious to show her the progression of my makeup skills. I've been practicing during the daytime by myself, but the kids were getting home before she did, so she hadn't seen my recent progress with beard-shadow concealer, lip enhancement (I have very thin lips), and color correction stuff. She was quite impressed!!
I wore what I call my lucky outfit (shimmery royal blue blouse, black bandage skirt, and black hose) because it was the combo I wore on my first time out. She snapped a few pictures so I could post a profile picture and make my own avatar. Pretty awesome :)
I am quite grateful (and lucky) to have her!!
