I am out to my daughter who is 35 and does not want to see daddy in a dress! She bought the camera when I went for my transformation and wanted to see the pictures! Now, she told me(I am paraphrasing as I do not remember the exact words) that she should have bought Lana Mae a Christmas gift! She then said she could not put it under the tree because we do not know who will come over. It would be a secret gift and she could hide it in her room. She said maybe next year! I will have a list ready next year!!! Hugs and merry Christmas! Lana Mae

Sounds like she is accepting or at least trying to, maybe one day she will want to meet Lana Mae face to face, how wonderful that will be.

Always fun when the family get involved.
I got a lovely hand bag present nicely wrapped the day before last Christmas - this year since everyone knows, it could go under the tree :)

That sounds very promising! My daughter is coming home as well, and although she has said she supports me she has declined to see Dad in a dress. I really planned on coming out this holiday and my deadline has passed. I have to calculate how important this messaging is and what space I need to claim for my own sanity. If I'm lucky my daughter will surprise me as yours has!

It's still not too late to have a present under the tree this year!

Yes, I can see slowly but surely here.

I am not in favour of big reveals at traditional gatherings.

Tell someONE and they will reveal all for you and those that are interested will ask you.

Awesome! Having our family accept us is the most important step for most of us. Congratulations!
